Information
 All paper and card materials used are either handmade (in the UK) from recycled materials or are from Fair Trade sources which use natural, recycled, or waste products in their handmade materials and who guarantee fair wages and safe working conditions for their employees. We also use some tree-free papers.
Glues and paints used are water-based and solvent free.
Ribbons are either recyclable paper-based materials or are made with organic untreated cotton - no chemicals and no dyes, or they are purchased from fairly traded sources.
We also use recycled office stationery and we recycle our used printer ink catridges.

If you would like a sample please order online - see panel to the left of the design you like,
the sample fee will be refunded when placing an order.

Postage Charges
Samples = £0.50 each sample
Orders - (Minimum order of 10 Cards or Favours)
Up to £50.00 = £3.50 p&p
£50.01-£100.00 = £5.50 p&p
£100.01 and up = £7.50 p&p
Refund/Returns Policy
Orders for non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of receiving but must be in good resellable condition. Postage costs are non-refundable.
Personalised Products - Due to products being individually handmade and personalised to the customer's specification, no returns are accepted - unless damaged or lost in transit, see below.
Damaged or lost orders, whilst in transit to the customer's address - a signature is always required upon delivery. Damaged orders must be notified within 24 hours of receipt and returned to Carnethie Design for a full refund (including your carriage costs), or if there is time replacements will be offered.
